Terms of Service.

01. Scope of Work

Our specific services (including but not limited to SEO, Google Ads management, Social Media marketing, and Web Development) are outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Proposal agreement signed by both parties.

These Terms of Service govern the general legal relationship between ReachRockerz ("Agency") and you ("Client"). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific SOW, the SOW shall control regarding the specific scope of services.

02. Fees & Payments

Retainers: Monthly retainer fees are due upfront on the 1st of each service month unless otherwise specified in your SOW. Work will not commence until payment is received.
Late Fees: Invoices overdue by more than 7 days will incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance, compounded monthly.
Ad Spend: "Ad Spend" (media costs paid directly to platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) is separate from our Management Fee. You are responsible for paying all media costs directly to the advertising platforms. We do not front ad spend.

03. Client Responsibilities

We build high-performance systems, but we need your fuel. To ensure campaign success, you agree to:

Approvals: Provide specific feedback or approval on creatives, ad copy, and web designs within 24 business hours of receipt. Delays in approval will result in delays in launch dates.
Access: Grant us timely access to necessary accounts (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Website CMS, etc.) required to perform our services.
Communication: Appoint a single point of contact for all decision-making to streamline communication.

04. Intellectual Property

Agency Owns

Our proprietary processes, internal frameworks, pre-existing code libraries, and general marketing know-how used to deliver the services.

Client Owns

The final creative assets (images, videos, copy) created specifically for your project and the data contained within your own advertising and analytics accounts, upon full payment of all fees.

05. Performance Disclaimer

No Guarantees: While we employ industry-leading strategies and data-driven optimization, we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., number of leads, exact ROAS, or #1 rankings) due to the dynamic nature of third-party platforms.

Algorithms by Google, Meta, and other platforms change frequently. We commit to adapting our strategies to these changes to the best of our ability, but we do not control the platforms themselves.
